Refund policy
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety concerns we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order at info@ozdare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you have any other issue with your order please contact info@ozdare.com and we can look into this further and if needed will be able to provide a refund or exchange. In the event that a refund is agreed, Ozdare will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 days.
