KEVIN.MURPHY COLOUR COMPETITION

Summary

  1. This promotion is conducted, and the prize is administered by Ozdare Pty Ltd  ACN 122 738 836 (“Promoter”).
  2. This promotion is a game of chance. You can enter when you spend $500 across any KEVIN.MURPHY colour products during the promotional period, and each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
  3. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Participation

  1. The "KEVIN.MURPHY COLOUR COMPETITION" promotion (the "Promotion") is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years old and over.
  2. The Promotion begins on 1ST June 2025 at 12:00 AM (AEST) and ends on 30TH June at 11:59 PM (AEST) (the "Promotion Period"). 
  3. To enter the Promotion, participants must:
  4. Spend over $500 on Kevin.Murphy colour from Ozdare 
  5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of order by the Promoter (not the time of transmission). The Promoter takes no responsibility for delays or failures in any telecommunications services or equipment. 
  6. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, declare an entry to be invalid if that entry has not been submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or where the entrant has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

Winner

  1. A random drawing will be conducted within seven days following the end of the Promotion period to select the winner.
  2. The winner will be announced via the Promoters social media channel and notified via email within seven days after the drawing. 
  3. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner and deliver the prizes. However, if the winner fails to respond within fourteen days of notification to claim the prizes, this may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

  1. One (1) winner will receive a $2000 Luxury Escapes Voucher.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

General Terms

  1. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how the Promoter handles personal information, including how entrants can access and correct their information or make a privacy complaint.
  2. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
